Over the past days, the Sales Managers and Directors of KOCH came together for a multi-day sales workshop focused on market developments, strategic direction, and future opportunities.
Together with our CEO Juergen Maier, Markus Scholtes (Director Operating), and Thomas Lesch (Head of Marketing), we took a deep dive into how our markets are evolving and, most importantly, how we can support our customers even more effectively in a changing environment.
The workshop was led by Matthias Schmidt and Oliver Rahmen, who provided a clear structure, documented key processes, and set focused impulses that encouraged open discussion and collaboration across teams.
In addition to looking ahead, we also reflected on a very successful past year, a strong foundation that enables us to move forward with confidence and clarity.
