近日，GENMA與印度尼西亞雅加達的集裝箱碼頭PT New Priok Container Terminal One (NPCT1)正式簽署了RTG供貨合同。此次合作是GENMA首次與這一印尼重要門戶碼頭建立伙伴關系，GENMA先進、環(huán)保的港口設備再獲國際市場的認可。

NPCT1是雅加達地區(qū)能夠停靠全球大型集裝箱船舶的現(xiàn)代化碼頭之一，致力于成為印尼領先的門戶碼頭運營商。該碼頭積極響應印尼政府倡導的“綠色環(huán)保”號召，持續(xù)引入環(huán)保設備與技術。

本次提供的GENMA電動RTG，配備了雙側Busbar供電系統(tǒng)，實現(xiàn)了全程零排放運行的同時提升了設備移動的靈活性，呼應了NPCT1及印尼對綠色港口的追求，有助于降低碼頭運營的碳足跡。

在自動化與安全性能方面，該批RTG將集成GENSMART的部分自動化子系統(tǒng)，包括大車防撞、集卡防吊起、防打保齡等，極大提升了作業(yè)的本質(zhì)安全水平。同時，設備采用的高效四驅小車系統(tǒng)與機械防搖技術，在確保操作平穩(wěn)精準的基礎上，進一步優(yōu)化裝卸效率，實現(xiàn)了安全與性能的平衡。

GENMA has recently entered into a supply agreement with PT New Priok Container Terminal One (NPCT1) in Jakarta, Indonesia, for the provision of Rubber-Tired Gantry Cranes. This collaboration marks GENMA's first partnership with this key gateway terminal in Indonesia, underscoring the continued international recognition of GENMA's advanced and environmentally friendly port equipment.

As one of the modern terminals in the Jakarta region capable of berthing mega container vessels, NPCT1 is committed to becoming a leading gateway terminal operator in Indonesia. It actively responds to the Indonesian government's "Go Green" initiative by continuously introducing eco-friendly equipment and technologies.

The fully electric RTGs supplied by GENMA are equipped with a dual-sided busbar power supply system. This configuration enables zero-emission operation while enhancing the equipment's mobility of movement. The solution aligns with NPCT1's and Indonesia's pursuit of green port development and contributes to reducing the terminal's carbon footprint.

In terms of automation and safety features, these RTGs will be integrated with select automated subsystems of GENSMART, including anti-collision for gantry travel, anti-lift for trucks, and stack profiling system. These features significantly enhance operational intrinsic safety. Furthermore, the incorporation of a high-efficiency four-wheel drive trolley system and mechanical anti-sway technology ensures smooth and precise handling. This balance between operational stability and performance optimizes loading and unloading efficiency.
