日前，哈薩克斯坦共和國駐德國大使Nurlan Onzhanov閣下率代表團訪問了位于德國薩爾州瓦德加森的KOCH Solutions公司。代表團成員包括總領(lǐng)事Taubaldy Umbetbayev及駐法蘭克福總領(lǐng)事館官員。薩爾州政府國務(wù)秘書Thorsten Bischoff代表州政府出席了此次活動。

訪問期間，雙方圍繞全球轉(zhuǎn)型背景下的關(guān)鍵議題——未來原材料開采與生產(chǎn)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與機遇進行了深入交流。在當(dāng)前國際形勢下，建立安全、韌性且可持續(xù)的原材料價值鏈具有日益重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。會談基于哈薩克斯坦與德國之間長期穩(wěn)固的經(jīng)濟紐帶，探討了如何進一步深化在該領(lǐng)域的雙邊合作。

KOCH首席執(zhí)行官Juergen Maier與代表團共同出席了專題討論。雙方重點探索了在國際合作框架下，通過技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與全價值鏈整合，推動原材料及采礦領(lǐng)域長期可持續(xù)發(fā)展的可能路徑。

此次高層訪問為產(chǎn)業(yè)、政府與國際合作三方提供了寶貴的對話平臺。各方就前瞻性解決方案交換了意見，并一致認(rèn)為哈薩克斯坦、德國與歐盟在工業(yè)協(xié)作、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移與長期伙伴關(guān)系方面具有顯著的深化合作潛力。

Yesterday, we had the honor of welcoming the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan, H.E. Dr. Nurlan Onzhanov, together with Consul General Taubaldy Umbetbayev and representatives of the Kazakh Consulate General in Frankfurt, to our KOCH Solutions site in Wadgassen. The Saarland state government was represented by State Secretary Thorsten Bischoff.

The discussion focused on the challenges and opportunities of future raw material extraction and production—an increasingly important topic in light of global transformation processes and the growing relevance of critical raw materials. Building on the strong economic ties between Kazakhstan and Germany, the exchange highlighted the importance of establishing secure, resilient, and sustainable value chains.

Together with our CEO Juergen Maier, the participants explored areas of collaboration in international cooperation, technological innovation, and long-term, sustainable approaches across the entire value chain, particularly in the raw materials and mining sector.

The visit provided a valuable platform to bring together perspectives from industry, politics, and international cooperation, and to discuss joint approaches for forward-looking solutions. It also underlined the strong potential for deepening economic cooperation between Kazakhstan, Germany, and the European Union, especially through industrial partnerships, technology transfer, and long-term collaboration.
