日前，央視新聞報(bào)道了我國自主研發(fā)新一代深水多功能海洋工程船“海洋石油292”在江蘇完工交付的消息。該船配備的GENMA品牌400噸海工吊和50噸折臂吊，均由南通潤邦重機(jī)有限公司生產(chǎn)制造。

報(bào)道中提到，該船創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用了雙吊機(jī)協(xié)調(diào)及智能吊裝系統(tǒng)，400噸主吊與50噸輔吊可協(xié)同作業(yè)，通過智能化吊裝控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)配合，滿足復(fù)雜海洋工程場(chǎng)景下的多樣化吊裝需求。

該船搭載的GENMA 400噸基座式海洋起重機(jī)，根據(jù)船體結(jié)構(gòu)與作業(yè)空間非標(biāo)定制，實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)載曲線最優(yōu)。關(guān)鍵部件內(nèi)置布置，有效隔離海洋高鹽霧環(huán)境，防腐等級(jí)高、使用壽命長。

操控方面采用AFE全變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)，起落鉤絲滑平穩(wěn)，重載工況下依然精準(zhǔn)可控，同時(shí)能量回饋效率高，節(jié)能效果顯著。力矩限制、緊急釋放、超速保護(hù)等多重安全保護(hù)機(jī)制，確保人員與設(shè)備安全。低重心設(shè)計(jì)使結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、抗風(fēng)浪能力強(qiáng)，惡劣海況下仍可穩(wěn)定作業(yè)。模塊化分段設(shè)計(jì)便于運(yùn)輸與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)組裝，縮短船舶改造周期。

該船搭載的另一臺(tái)GENMA 50噸折臂式海洋起重機(jī)，采用關(guān)節(jié)折臂式設(shè)計(jì)，臂架可靈活彎折，不工作時(shí)節(jié)省甲板空間。焊接箱型吊臂輕巧堅(jiān)固、重心低，兼具高剛性與高穩(wěn)定性。

升降、變幅、旋轉(zhuǎn)、折臂四大機(jī)構(gòu)可獨(dú)立或協(xié)同運(yùn)行，全無級(jí)調(diào)速，動(dòng)作平穩(wěn)無沖擊，節(jié)能且精準(zhǔn)可控。結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔、維護(hù)需求低，集成液壓泵站，液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)，適應(yīng)不同動(dòng)力環(huán)境。

China’s state media recently reported the completion and delivery of “HYSY 292” – a new-generation deepwater multipurpose offshore engineering vessel built in Jiangsu, China. The vessel is equipped with GENMA?branded 400?ton marine crane and 50?ton knuckle boom crane, both manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd.

The report highlighted the vessel’s coordinated twin-crane and intelligent lifting system, which enables the 400-ton main crane and the 50-ton auxiliary crane to work in tandem. Controlled by an intelligent lifting control system, the two cranes deliver precise coordination for diverse and complex offshore operations.
